I’m not even sure how to begin this post without cringing a little. If you’ve followed A Crafted Passion for some time, you know we’re really into modern black and white decor. Well, prepare yourself.

For the past 12 years, these are the dining chairs we’ve planted our bums on multiple times a day.

I mean, WHAT?! Looking at them gives me nightmares.

I did a post years ago about how I made them over with a fresh coat of paint and new fabric on the cushions, but no amount of paint or pretty fabric was going to fix the look of these chairs to match our style.

Well, I’m happy to report after a few years of searching, I finally found new dining room chairs and I’m obsessed!

If I’m being totally honest, I found them last summer during Prime Day on a killer sale, but I wanted to make sure we loved them before I told you about them.

These fabric dining room chairs are kid-friendly, easy to clean, small frame, and tall enough to fit our odd table.

For the record, this isn’t even supposed to be a dining room table. This was my husbands old desk, but after realizing we host family dinners way too frequently—not that I’m complaining one bit about that—we realized we really need to upgrade our table to fit some more people around it, hence, the drawer on the front.

Since my husband no longer works from home, it’s made a perfect transition to our dining room and we were able to sell our old table on Facebook Marketplace.
